1. Subscription Refunds

We want you to be happy with Pixora. If you're not satisfied, here's our refund policy:

  • Monthly plans: Full refund within 14 days of your first payment. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime but no refund is issued — your access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Yearly plans: Full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, pro-rated refunds may be issued at our discretion for unused months.

2. Lifetime Deal Refunds

Lifetime deals purchased through promotional partners (Dealify, Social Stack, etc.):

  • Refund requests within 14 days of purchase are processed through the original marketplace where you purchased
  • After 14 days, lifetime deals are non-refundable as they represent a significant discount
  • If you experience issues with your lifetime access, contact us and we'll resolve it

3. How to Request a Refund

Getting a refund is simple:

We'll process it within 3-5 business days after verifying your purchase

Refund appears in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 14-day window (for monthly plans)
  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Duplicate refund requests for the same transaction
  • Change of mind after extensive use of Pro features (more than 100 exports)

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Please note the difference:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. You can cancel anytime from your payment provider's portal.
  • Refund: Returns your payment and immediately reverts your account to the Basic (free) plan.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please contact us first at support@b2r.it.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're happy to resolve any concerns directly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
