1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pixora ("the Service"), operated by B2R.IT ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pixora is a browser-based image editing platform that provides:

• Professional image editing tools (crop, resize, rotate, adjust)
• AI-powered background removal and image upscaling
• Advanced filters, effects, and color adjustments
• Layer-based compositing and blending
• Collage creation and template system
• Typography and text overlay tools
• Batch processing and export

All processing happens locally in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to our servers.

3. Account Registration

You may use certain features without an account (Guest mode). To access additional features, you must sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. One account per person — shared or duplicate accounts may be terminated.

4. Plans and Subscriptions

We offer the following plan types:

• Basic (Free): Limited daily exports, basic editing tools, standard filters and effects.
• Pro (Paid): Unlimited exports, AI-powered tools, advanced filters, batch processing, custom fonts, and priority support. Available as monthly or yearly subscription.
• Lifetime: One-time purchase via promotional voucher codes granting permanent Pro access.

5. Billing and Payment

Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment partners, Paddle.com (for international payments) and Razorpay (for India-based payments), who act as Merchant of Record where applicable. By subscribing, you also agree to the payment provider's terms of service.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at the original price until the next renewal.
• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified.

6. Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for Pro features at our discretion. At the end of a trial, your account will revert to the Basic plan unless you subscribe. Trial availability and duration may change at any time.

7. Voucher Codes and Lifetime Deals

Voucher codes obtained through promotional partners (e.g., Dealify, Social Stack) grant access to specified plan features. Voucher codes:

• Are single-use unless explicitly stated otherwise
• May have an expiration date
• Are non-transferable and cannot be resold
• May be revoked if obtained fraudulently

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Share, resell, or distribute your account credentials
• Use the Service to process content you do not own or have rights to

9. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of all content you process through the Service. We do not claim any rights over your files or exported content.

Our platform: The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by B2R.IT and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data and processing your content locally.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your payment provider's portal. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to Pro features will end
• Your account data may be retained for up to 30 days
• You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
